Instruction for Shopping
The whole trade includes 4 steps: order, payment, shipment, delivery

STEP 1 - Order
Please place an order according following:

1. Browse our website to find your favorite items.
2. Add the items into the shopping cart by clicking "Add to Cart" button.
3.Review your shopping cart and press "Checkout" Button to Step2.

Note:Order two watches or more to get third one(It's price should be lower than ordered watch) free. please add the free watch into comments when checking out. (Limited Time Offer, Hurry up!)

STEP 2 - Payment
1. Go to the Delivery Information, choose your shipping method and press "Continue Checkout" Button. you can change the shipping address here. 
2. Go to the Payment Information, enter the coupon code if you have, change the billing information if needed, choose your payment method, write Special Instructions or Order Comments if needed and press "Continue Checkout" Button. We accept all major Credit Cards such as Visa, Matercard, AMEX, Dicover and Western Union. 
3. Go to the Order Confirmation, All the infomation should be reviewed and make sure there is no mistake. Press "Confirm Order" Button to online payment system.
4. Review and confirm all your information here and input credit card details on the secure transaction page to finish your payment. 
NOTE: You should make sure that the country you choose is where you are right now, otherwise Bank online payment system may block your payment.
If you meet problems when checking out, please email to service@longinesfans.com, we will reply within 24 hours.

STEP 3 - Shipment
After the online payment completed, you will receive our confirmation email immediately. we will prepare your items and send them express within 1-2 business day.  The express is online traceable postal service with receiver's signature required. All the tracking infomaiton will be emailed to you once the parcel is posted. 

NOTICE :
You will be notified by emails if you process the payment successfully or your goods are posted. so please make sure that your email address is correct and available. 

STEP 4 - Delivery
This step is mainly operated by express company.  Your items will be received in 7-10 days in normal condition.
The shopping is finished until you receive the parcel. but you are still serviced for watches within next 2 years.
