Return & Exchange

We do hope that you are happy with your selection, but considering the risk and potential damage during shipment, our return and exchange policy is as follows:
 
For Returns:
All returns must be requested within 7 days of the date the package was arrived. For return/exchange,items must be in brand new condition as received, with the original box they came with without any tape or marks on the box. We do not accept returns unless there is quality problem or it's caused by our mistake.

For Exchanges:
Exchanges are allowed for the items which are defective or damaged upon receipt or sent by mistake. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery and the customer is responsible for shipping charges to return and go.  All items can only exchange for the same replacement, please be aware that we will issue the replacements only after your returns have been received.

Note: some of complex model replica have a little difference in dial or functions from the authentic one. If you do not accept this point, please purchase authentic watches from other sites.
 
Please contact us first to obtain the return address.
 
Please send back the returns by insured airmail, we will not be responsible for any lose during the shipment, We suggest USPS Globe Priority Mail or Express service as shipping method.
 
Please fill out and enclose the following form in the return package.
